Do I have a Case?
You have a case if the accident was not your fault, and your treatment meets the tort threshold.

Will my Insurance go up?
Under Massachusetts Law your premiums will go up only if you are at fault in the accident. If you were not at fault, your premiums will stay the same.

What is the Attorney Fee?
You pay no fee until there is a settlement. The legal fee is a contingent fee which is a percentage of the total settlement. A Written Fee Agreement will be given to you.

How long will it take to get my settlement?
Once you have finished treatment, generally about three to four months. It generally takes a month to acquire your medical records and reports from the providers, and a month to get the initial settlement offer from the insurance company of the responsible party.

Will my property damage be covered?
If you have collision on your insurance, you are automatically covered for any property damage. If you do not have collision on your insurance, we will contact the insurance company of the person who hit you. If the accident is not your fault, then your property damage will be covered.

Can I get a rental?
If you have rental on your insurance, you are automatically covered and will be able to get a rental. If you do not have rental on your insurance, we will contact the insurance company of the person who hit you to obtain an authorization for a rental vehicle for you.

What happens in a hit and run?
Your bodily injury will be covered under the insured/underinsured portion of your auto insurance policy. Your medical bills and lost wages will be covered under the Personal Injury Protection portion of your auto insurance policy.

How long will I need to treat?
You will need to treat until you are released from treatment by the doctor coordinating your care.

Will I receive lost wages?
Lost wages are covered under the Personal Injury Protection (PIP). You will receive 75% of your lost wages, once disability notes and earning history have been processed by your auto insurance company.

Who will pay for my prescriptions?
You will pay out-of-pocket, and we will submit the prescription amounts to your insurance company for reimbursement.
